are not reliable for any lost, stolen, damaged and/or misplaced items and/or property at any time before, during and/or after service is provided by  Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) and/or any and all people/employees.
You agree to the terms and you can not take  Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) and/or any and all people/employees to court to sue under any circumstance and/or for any reason what so ever You agree that you are hiring Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) and/or any and all people/employees at your own risk with the knowledge knowing at any point in time something may and/or can go wrong.

Photos will be taken before and after every job for Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) and records with your personal information will be given to NO ONE other than
Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) and/or any legal law office and/ or sheriff office if needed or requested by a legal law office and/or sheriff office.
Payments will need to be paid in full after every job is complete unless agreed upon by Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) on doing a payment plan which at such time will be written up and signed by both parties.
Payment not paid/received to Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing)and/or payment refused to Marc Smith and/or his company (Marc's Pressure Washing) after the job is complete by client(s) will be subject to being held accountable and/or legal action being taken against the client(s) including but not limited to court costs and legal fees as well as but not limited to having a lien placed  and/or held against said client(s)' company and/or property.
